Worksheet imported in Word no longer opens in Excel due to now a Word file.
Cause:
The Excel file has been saved in a Word document and becomes a Word Document file. The contents of the Excel file are lost. Office 95 no longer recognizes the file as an Excel file.
Solution:
Do not save the document in Word. Open, edit, and save the worksheet in Excel. Then open the worksheet in Word.
